The Case List is based on the idea that being open and transparent about the policy reform you're advocating for will create better debate rounds and help you further your own skills. (This idea is based on Proverbs 27:17) The best arguments are the ones that people have given more thought to—and you're going to encounter those arguments sooner or later.
