Case List Form

Important clarification: Joining the national caselist today is a commitment to updating your case throughout the year. You may not leave the caselist right before a major tournament to conceal a new case from everyone else, as has been done in previous years. Doing this allows you to retain all the information on others’ cases while keeping your own secret. This is unfair and contrary to the purpose of the caselist.
